Ειδικοί Όροι και Προϋποθέσεις για τον αγώνα Greece Race for the Cure® – Πανελλήνιος Σύλλογος Γυναικών με Καρκίνο του Μαστού «Άλμα Ζωής»

Έχω ενημερωθεί από την ιστοσελίδα www.greecerace.gr  του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Γυναικών με Καρκίνο Μαστού «Άλμα Ζωής» σχετικά με την εκδήλωση Greece Race for the Cure και το τι αυτή περιλαμβάνει.

Το σύστημα εγγραφών θα κλείσει το αργότερο στις 21/9/2026, εφόσον δεν έχουν εξαντληθεί νωρίτερα οι θέσεις στην εκάστοτε διαθέσιμη επιλογή συμμετοχής.

Συγκεκριμένα, οι διαθέσιμες επιλογές συμμετοχής είναι:

• Αγώνας δρόμου: Έως και 18/09/2026 ή με τη συμπλήρωση 15.000 εγγραφών
• Περίπατος: Έως και 21/9/26 ή με την εξάντληση των αποθεμάτων
• Digital: Έως και 18/9/26 ή με την εξάντληση των αποθεμάτων

H επιτροπή διοργάνωσης του Συμβολικού  Αγώνα  Δρόμου και Περιπάτου Greece Race for the Cure ® (εφεξής: «Ο Αγώνας»)  εγγυάται ότι οι πρώτες 58.000 συμμετοχές θα λάβουν το υλικό της διοργάνωσης που προβλέπεται με την εγγραφή τους.

Το επιθυμητό νούμερο μπλούζας δεν μπορεί να διασφαλιστεί για όλα τα άτομα που θα συμμετάσχουν στη διοργάνωση.

Με την παρούσα δηλώνω ότι:

1. Η συγκατάθεσή μου στους παρακάτω όρους και η από μέρους μου αποδοχή αυτών είναι απαραίτητη προκειμένου να γίνει αποδεκτή η εγγραφή και συμμετοχή μου στον Αγώνα.Συμμετέχω εθελοντικά στον Αγώνα και αναγνωρίζω ότι δεν υφίσταται σχέση εργασίας ή έργου μεταξύ εμού και του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Γυναικών με Καρκίνο Μαστού «Άλμα Ζωής», του Οργανισμού Πολιτισμού, Αθλητισμού και Νεολαίας Δήμου Αθηναίων (ΟΠΑΝΔΑ) και του Think Pink Europe. Ειδικότερα, δεν εντάσσομαι στο έμμισθο προσωπικό, στους παρέχοντες ανεξάρτητες υπηρεσίες ή στους εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες των ανωτέρω φορέων κι ως εκ τούτου αποκλείεται οποιοδήποτε είδος αμοιβής ή αποζημίωσής μου ως αντάλλαγμα για τη συμμετοχή μου στον Αγώνα.
2. Γνωρίζω ότι ο Αγώνας είναι δραστηριότητα που μπορεί δυνητικά να με εκθέσει σε κίνδυνο, και συμμετέχω σε αυτόν με αποκλειστικά δική μου ευθύνη. Ειδικότερα, φέρω την πλήρη και αποκλειστική ευθύνη για οποιονδήποτε τραυματισμό, βλάβη ή ατύχημα μπορεί να προκύψει κατά τη συμμετοχή μου στον Αγώνα ή κατά την παραμονή μου στους χώρους που θα διεξαχθεί ο Αγώνας και αναγνωρίζω ότι ο Πανελλήνιος Σύλλογος Γυναικών με Καρκίνο Μαστού «Άλμα Ζωής», ο Οργανισμός Πολιτισμού, Αθλητισμού και Νεολαίας Δήμου Αθηναίων (ΟΠΑΝΔΑ) και το Think Pink Europe, καθώς και οι συνεργάτες των φορέων αυτών, οι υπάλληλοί τους, οι χορηγοί τους, οι νόμιμοι εκπρόσωποί τους, τα μέλη των Διοικητικών Συμβουλίων τους και οι διάδοχοί τους, και οποιαδήποτε άλλα φυσικά ή νομικά πρόσωπα που συνδέονται με τον Αγώνα (εφεξής: τα «Απαλλασσόμενα Πρόσωπα») δεν φέρουν καμία ευθύνη για οποιαδήποτε μορφή σωματικής και ηθικής βλάβης που ενδέχεται να προκύψει σε εμένα, την οικογένειά μου, τους κληρονόμους μου ή σε τρίτους, κατά την εθελοντική συμμετοχή μου στον Αγώνα και σε σύνδεση ή σε σχέση με τη συμμετοχή μου σε αυτόν. Ακόμα, παραιτούμαι από το δικαίωμα να ασκήσω οποιοδήποτε ένδικο βοήθημα ή μέσο εναντίον των Απαλλασσόμενων Προσώπων αναφορικά με κάθε αξίωση που μπορεί να προκύψει από τη συμμετοχή μου στον Αγώνα, συμπεριλαμβανομένων και των τραυματισμών ή ζημιών που μπορεί να προκληθούν σε εμένα ή σε άλλους από πτώσεις, επαφή με άλλους συμμετέχοντες, συνθήκες του Αγώνα ή άλλους συναφείς λόγους. Περαιτέρω, παραμένω ο μόνος και αποκλειστικός υπεύθυνος για την κάλυψη της ασφάλισής μου καθώς και των εξόδων/ δαπανών που ενδέχεται να προκύψουν σε περίπτωση σωματικής ή άλλης βλάβης ή ασθένειάς μου ως αποτέλεσμα της συμμετοχής μου στον Αγώνα ή σε σύνδεση ή σε σχέση με τη συμμετοχή μου σε αυτόν. Ακόμη, κατανοώ ότι τα Απαλλασσόμενα Πρόσωπα δεν φέρουν καμία ευθύνη ή υποχρέωση παροχής σε εμένα οικονομικής ή άλλης βοήθειας, όπως – ενδεικτικά κι όχι περιοριστικά – ιατροφαρμακευτικές παροχές ή αναπηρικά επιδόματα, δαπάνες έρευνας και διάσωσης, εκκένωσης και αντιδικίας. Δεσμεύομαι, δε, να λαμβάνω κατάλληλες και επαρκείς προφυλάξεις για την προστασία της υγείας και της ασφάλειάς μου σε όλα τα επίπεδα για την αποτροπή επέλευσης των ανωτέρω κινδύνων βλάβης και να τηρώ τους γενικούς κανόνες διεξαγωγής του Αγώνα. Τέλος, τα Απαλλασσόμενα Πρόσωπα δεν φέρουν ευθύνη για απώλεια, κλοπή ή φθορά προσωπικών μου αντικειμένων πριν, κατά τη διάρκεια ή μετά τον Αγώνα.
3. Οι διοργανωτές δεν έχουν καμία ευθύνη για ό,τι συμβεί κατά τη διάρκεια του Αγώνα αναφορικά με θέματα υγείας και ζητήματα οφειλόμενα στην έλλειψη προληπτικού ιατρικού ελέγχου των συμμετεχόντων/ουσών. Συνιστάται στους/στις συμμετέχοντες/ουσες να έχουν υποβληθεί πρόσφατα σε ιατρικές εξετάσεις και να βρίσκονται σε καλή φυσική κατάσταση που να τους επιτρέπει να συμμετέχουν στον Αγώνα. Από τους διοργανωτές δεν θα ζητηθούν ιατρικές βεβαιώσεις για κανένα/καμία συμμετέχοντα/ουσα, αφού όλοι/ες οι συμμετέχοντες/ουσες αγωνίζονται με δική τους αποκλειστική ευθύνη και οι ανήλικοι με ευθύνη των κηδεμόνων τους.
4. Έχω ενημερώσει τα μέλη της ομάδας μου ή/και άλλα άτομα, για τα οποία έχω αναλάβει την εγγραφή στον Αγώνα, για τους όρους συμμετοχής στο Greece Race for the Cure® και έχω λάβει τη συγκατάθεσή τους και την απαραίτητη για αυτήν εξουσιοδότηση.
5. Αναγνωρίζω και αποδέχομαι ότι ο Πανελλήνιος Σύλλογος Γυναικών με Καρκίνο Μαστού «Άλμα Ζωής» και το Think Pink Europe  διατηρούν το δικαίωμα τροποποίησης, αναβολής ή ματαίωσης  του Αγώνα, σε περίπτωση γεγονότων ανωτέρας βίας ή άλλων περιστάσεων πέραν του εύλογου ελέγχου τους, οι οποίες καθιστούν αδύνατη ή ουσιωδώς δυσχερή την ασφαλή και ομαλή διεξαγωγή του. Ως τέτοιες περιστάσεις ενδεικτικά και όχι περιοριστικά αναφέρονται: ακραία καιρικά φαινόμενα, φυσικές καταστροφές, έκτακτα μέτρα δημόσιας ασφάλειας ή δημόσιας υγείας, αποφάσεις ή οδηγίες αρμόδιων αρχών, περιορισμοί κυκλοφορίας, εκλογικές διαδικασίες ή άλλες έκτακτες διοικητικές συνθήκες που επηρεάζουν τη διάθεση προσωπικού, αδειών ή υποδομών απαραίτητων για τη διεξαγωγή της διοργάνωσης. Σε περίπτωση ματαίωσης του Αγώνα, η καταβληθείσα συνδρομή για τη συμμετοχή σε αυτόν θα αποτελέσει και θα θεωρηθεί δωρεά προς τον Πανελλήνιο Σύλλογο Γυναικών με Καρκίνο Μαστού «Άλμα Ζωής», χωρίς να υφίσταται δικαίωμά μου για επιστροφή των χρημάτων της καταβληθείσας συνδρομής.
6. Με την ολοκλήρωση της εγγραφής μου και την καταβολή του αντίστοιχου αντιτίμου συμμετοχής, αποδέχομαι ότι η συμμετοχή είναι οριστική και δεν δύναται να ακυρωθεί, να μεταφερθεί σε τρίτο πρόσωπο ή να γίνει οιαδήποτε αλλαγή.
7. Σε περίπτωση μη συμμετοχής, αποχώρησης ή αδυναμίας παρουσίας μου στον Αγώνα, δεν προβλέπεται επιστροφή χρημάτων, αλλά το αντίτιμο θεωρείται δωρεά προς τον Πανελλήνιο Σύλλογο Γυναικών με Καρκίνο Μαστού «Άλμα Ζωής».
8. Συμφωνώ και αποδέχομαι ότι, σε περίπτωση δωρεάς, το ποσό αυτής δεν προορίζεται απαραίτητα για τη συγκεκριμένη δράση ή το πρόγραμμα που αναφέρεται στην παρούσα φόρμα/ στην ιστοσελίδα www.greecerace.gr ή στη φόρμα δωρεάς. Οι δωρεές μπορούν να διατεθούν σε διάφορα προγράμματα ή δράσεις του Συλλόγου «Άλμα Ζωής» τα οποία χρηματοδοτούνται τόσο από τα έσοδα του Greece Race for the Cure® όσο και από τα ποσά των δωρεών.
9. Στην περίπτωση συμμετεχόντων κάτω των 18 ετών (ανήλικοι) σε έναν από τους παραπάνω αγώνες (Περίπατος 2χλμ, Αγώνας Δρόμου 5χλμ), η αίτηση συμμετοχής υποβάλλεται από τους έχοντες την επιμέλεια γονείς. Με την υποβολή της αντίστοιχης αίτησης συμμετοχής θεωρείται ότι έχει δοθεί η συγκατάθεση του γονέα ή του προσώπου που έχει την επιμέλεια κατά τον νόμο για τη συμμετοχή του ανηλίκου στον Αγώνα.

Special Terms and Conditions for Greece Race for the Cure® - Ηellenic Association of Women with Breast Cancer “Alma Zois”

I have been informed via the website www.greecerace.gr of the Hellenic Association of Women with Breast Cancer “Alma Zois” about this event, Greece Race for the Cure, and what it entails.

Registration will close no later than September 21, 2026, provided that spots in the respective participation option have not been sold out earlier.

Specifically, the available participation options are:
• Road Race: Up to September 18th, 2026, or upon reaching 15,000 registrations
• Walk: Up to September 21st, 2026, or until stocks are exhausted
• Digital: Up to September 18th, 2026, or until stocks are exhausted

The organizing committee of symbolic road race and walk Greece Race for the Cure® (hereinafter: “The Race”) guarantees that the first 58,000 registrants will receive the race kit provided upon registration.

The desired T-shirt size cannot be guaranteed for all participants in the event.

I hereby declare that:

1. My consent to and acceptance of the following terms are necessary for my registration and participation to be accepted in the Race. I am participating in the Race voluntarily and acknowledge that there is no employment or contractual relationship between me and the Hellenic Association of Women with Breast Cancer “Alma Zois,” the Organization for Culture, Sports, and Youth of the Municipality of Athens (OPANDA), and Think Pink Europe. Specifically, I am not a salaried employee, an independent contractor, or an external collaborator of the aforementioned organizations; therefore, I am not entitled to any form of remuneration or compensation in exchange for my participation in the Race.
2. I am aware that the Race is an activity that could potentially put me at risk, and I am participating in it at my own sole risk. In particular, I bear full and sole responsibility for any injury, damage, or accident that may occur during my participation in the Race or while I am on the premises where the Race will take place, and I acknowledge that the Hellenic Association of Women with Breast Cancer “Alma Zois,” the Organization for Culture, Sports, and Youth of the Municipality of Athens (OPANDA), and Think Pink Europe, as well as the partners of these organizations, their employees, their sponsors, their legal representatives, the members of their Boards of Directors, and their successors, and any other natural or legal persons associated with the Race (hereinafter: the “Exempt Parties”) shall bear no liability for any form of physical or emotional harm that may arise to me, my family, my heirs, or third parties, during my voluntary participation in the Race and in connection with or in relation to my participation therein. Furthermore, I waive the right to bring any legal action or recourse against the Released Parties with respect to any claim that may arise from my participation in the Race, including injuries or damages that may be caused to me or others due to falls, contact with other participants, Race conditions, or other related causes. Furthermore, I remain solely and exclusively responsible for my own insurance coverage as well as for any expenses/ expenses that may arise in the event of my physical or other injury or illness resulting from my participation in the Race or in connection with or in relation to my participation in it. Furthermore, I understand that the Released Parties bear no liability or obligation to provide me with financial or other assistance, such as—by way of example and not limitation—medical and pharmaceutical benefits or disability benefits, search and rescue costs, evacuation costs, and litigation costs. I further undertake to take appropriate and adequate precautions to protect my health and safety at all levels to prevent the occurrence of the aforementioned risks of harm and to comply with the general rules governing the Race. Finally, the exempt parties shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to my personal belongings before, during, or after the Race.
3. The organizers assume no responsibility for anything that may occur during the Race with regard to health issues or matters arising from a lack of preventive medical checkups by the participants. Participants are advised to have recently undergone a medical examination and to be in good physical condition that allows them to participate in the Race. The organizers will not request medical certificates from any participant, as all participants compete at their own sole risk, and minors compete under the responsibility of their guardians.
4. I have informed the members of my team and/or other individuals for whom I have registered for the Race of the terms and conditions for participating in the Greece Race for the Cure® and have obtained their consent and the necessary authorization.
5. I acknowledge and agree that the Ηellenic Association of Women with Breast Cancer “Alma Zois” and Think Pink Europe reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Race in the event of force majeure or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control that make its safe and smooth conduct impossible or substantially difficult. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to: extreme weather events, natural disasters, emergency public safety or public health measures, decisions or directives from competent authorities, traffic restrictions, electoral processes, or other extraordinary administrative circumstances affecting the availability of personnel, permits, or infrastructure necessary for the event to take place. In the event of the Race’s cancellation, the entry fee paid to participate in the Race shall constitute and be considered a donation to the Ηellenic Association of Women with Breast Cancer “Alma Zois,” and I shall have no right to a refund of the entry fee paid.
6. Upon completion of my registration and payment of the corresponding participation fee, I acknowledge that my participation is final and cannot be canceled, transferred to a third party, or subject to any changes.
7. In the event that I do not participate, withdraw, or am unable to attend the Race, no refund will be issued; instead, the entry fee will be considered a donation to the Ηellenic Association of Women with Breast Cancer “Alma Zois.”
8. I agree and acknowledge that, in the case of a donation, the amount is not necessarily earmarked for the specific initiative or program mentioned on this form, on the website www.greecerace.gr, or on the donation form. Donations may be allocated to various programs or initiatives of the “Alma Zois” Association, which are funded both by proceeds from the Greece Race for the Cure® and by donations.
9. In the case of participants under the age of 18 (minors) in one of the above races (2 km Walk, 5 km Run), the registration form must be submitted by their legal guardians. By submitting the corresponding registration form, it is deemed that the parent or legal guardian has given consent for the minor’s participation in the Race.
